Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is seeking per-acre pricing from licensed landscape maintenance contractors for the following services:

Landscape Maintenance (Cut/Blow/Edge)
Litter and Debris Removal

This is for 4 separate projects that include a 10% participation goal each for firms certified as a VBE/SBE. Please request the project(s) you are interested in.

Osceola County School District: Background checks will be required to be compliant with Jessica Lunsford Act.

1. Lawn Care Service: Canoe Creek K-8 in St. Cloud.
2. Lawn Care Service: Narcoose Elementary and Middle School in St. Cloud.
3. Lawn Care Service: Pleasant Hill ES in Kissimmee.
4. Lawn Care Service: East Lake Elementary in Kissimmee.

Valid certifications to meet the participation goal must be submitted at the time of quote.

Insurance Coverage Requirements (Minimum Limits):

Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate for Bodily Injury, Property
Damage, and Personal and Advertising Injury: $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate for Products and Completed Operations
Comprehensive Auto Liability: Bodily Injury and Property Damage in an amount not less than $1,000,000
Workers' Compensation & Employers Liability: Employers Liability minimum of $1,000,000

Additional Requirement(s):

All applicable business licenses, landscape certifications, and a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted with your quote.
