Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation.

- i - Demolition of 3 buildings General Project Description and District Identification: Demolition of 3 buildings; New construction of music building for Monterey Peninsula College
-ii - closing date/ time for the District's receipt of proposals - 7/1/2025 at 2 PM
- iii - LAST DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF SUB BIDS FROM DVBE to AVILA -7/1/25 at 11 AM
- iv - Consider this notice Avila's request for sub and material supplier bids
- v - scopes of work available for sub bids from DVBEs: All scopes identified in the project docs open to DVBE bidding
- vi - no bonding requirements for subcontractors
