Description of Project: The work to be performed under this task order consists of repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 6,032ft (1.14 miles) of defective sewer mains, 1,088 LF (0.21 miles) of defective sewer laterals and one hundred and twenty (37) manholes located in Cabin John Basin, Montgomery County, Maryland.

Project Details: We are Seeking quotes for but not limited to; Replace Sanitary Sewer Main Pipe 8"at 0'-12' Depth, Replace Sanitary Sewer Main Pipe 8" at 12'-20' Depth, Replace Sewer House Connection 4" by Excavation; 0'-12' Depth, Replace Sewer House Connection 4" by Excavation; 12'-20' Depth, 8" Diameter pipe Sewer Main External Point Repair at 0'-12' Depth, Removal of Lamphole and replace with Standard Manhole 4' inside dia. with F&C up to 10' depth, Abandonment of House Connections, Furnish New 24"-36" Manhole Frame and Cover, Chemical Grouting Sealing, Cementitious Reconstruction for 4' Inside Diameter Manhole, Spray-on Epoxy Liner for 4' Inside Diameter Manhole, Montgomery County Roads Restoration, Milling, 1" Thickness, 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 6" Concrete Driveway, Curb and Gutter Replacement, Ornamental Shrub Replacement (up to 36"), Street - Trees, Seed Grassing, Sod Grassing, Gravel- Trench Backfill, Borrow Material- Trench Backfill (Replacement of unsuitable material), Additional cost for Traffic control for State and Arterial roads.
