This project includes widening McKinley Avenue from Hughes Avenue to Marks Avenue in the City of Fresno, California. Proposed improvements will include an asphalt overlay and installation of curb, gutter, ADA compliant ramps, drive approaches, signal loop detectors, sidewalks, streetlights, HAWK, signage and striping.

We are seeking quotes from DBE firms to include the following services (among others) to assist Moore Twining's Geotechnical Engineering Division:
- Traffic Control
- Utility Potholing
- Hot Mix Asphalt Patch
