Project Description: Construction of a new Iron and Manganese Treatment Plant at Pajaro Well No. 1. Installation of approximately 21,600 linear feet of transmission pipeline with valves, hydrants, and crossings. Construction of a new booster pump station with SCADA integration. Modifications to existing PWS including fill improvements to the PWS storage tanks. SCADA system upgrades and telemetry integration across all system facilities. Rehabilitation of a 600,000-gallon welded steel storage tank. Demolition of decommissioned wells and site restoration. Replacement of existing water meters in PWS and SMWS with radio-read meters. EE $17.M

Items for the project include, but are not limited to:
Subcontractors / Suppliers: SWPPP, demolition, hydroseeding, tree removal, traffic control, precast concrete, curb/gutter/sidewalk, slurry seal, paving, striping, CMU retaining wall & CMU building, chain link fencing, piping, PVC pipe, valves, storage tanks, rebar, concrete, fire hydrants, electrical, instrumentation/controls, trucking.

Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms (including MBE, WBE) for the Springfield Regional Water System Consolidation DB Project for the Pajaro/Sunny Mesa Community Services District.

The Project may be funded in whole or in part by EPA, DBE program 40 CFR Part 33, which requires compliance with the Buy America Act (BABA), California Prevailing Wage/Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates requirements, and Skilled and Trained requirements.
