Moore Twining is seeking certified DBE firms to assist our firm in providing On-Call Materials Testing and Geotechnical Services on this 3 year contract for the City of Kingsburg.

The DBE participation goal is 3%.

The scope of services for this contract includes Construction Materials Sampling and Testing Services, including, but not limited to, field sampling, construction materials testing, analysis, reports, plant inspection, and work related to testing
equipment calibration, on an as-needed basis.
