Clark Bros., Inc. is requesting sub-bids from qualified DBE, SBE, DVBE, HUBZone, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers & truckers for the project. The Bid Date is July 24th, 2025, at 3pm. Requested sub-quotes will be for the following: electrical, instrumentation, foundation work, concrete, grading, paving, trucking, construction materials, and civil improvements. CBI will contract with groups of DBEs when a contract is too large for one firm to handle individually.
