We are seeking quotes for the following scope of work:

The scope of work for the Runway 11-29 Pavement Preservation will consist of the following:
1) Marking removal of the existing pavement markings located within Runway 11-29.
2) Surface preparation of the existing asphalt surface.
3) Crack repair.
4) Application of asphalt surface treatment.
5) Application of new pavement markings.
Taxiways Pavement Preservation

The scope of work for the Taxiways Pavement Preservation will consist of the following:
1) Marking removal of the existing pavement markings located within Taxiways A, A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2,
and B3.
2) Surface preparation of the existing asphalt surface.
3) Crack repair.
4) Application of asphalt surface treatment.
5) Application of new pavement markings.

The scope of work for the Apron Pavement Preservation will consist of the following:
1) Marking removal of the existing pavement markings located within the Apron and Taxilane B.
2) Surface preparation of the existing asphalt surface.
3) Crack repair.
4) Application of asphalt surface treatment.
5) Application of new pavement markings

*Insurance requirements as follows:
1. Commercial General Liability: Insurance Services Office Form CG 00 01, including products and completed operations, with limits of no less than $5,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. If a general aggregate limit applies, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit.
2. Automobile Liability: Insurance Services Office Form Number CA 0001 covering Code 1 (any auto), with limits no less than $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.
3. Workers' Compensation insurance as required by the State of California, with Statutory Limits, and Employer's Liability Insurance with limit of no less than $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury or disease.
