Seeking certified/qualified DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUB subs/suppliers quotes for, but not limited to, the following: SWPPP; traffic control plan; traffic control devices, survey; pre/post constr videos; potholing; trench shoring; trucking dirt haul off; repl existing cross gutters; drains; curbs; driveways; sidewalks; pipe disinfection; cold plane & asphalt overlay; traffic loop replacement; striping; horizontal direction drill.

The project consists of furnishing, installing, testing, and making operational approximately 260 LF 24" CL250 DIP, 16,104 LF 24" C900 DR14 PVC, 4,450 LF 18" C900 DR18 PVC, 156 LF 8" C909 DR14 PVCO, 65 LF 6" C909 DR14 PVCO recycled waterline; 911 LF 18" C900 DR14 Fusible PVC (FPVC) recycled waterline via horizontal directional drilling under Cucamonga Creek Channel at Hellman Ave, 1,692 LF 18" C900 DR14 FPVC recycled waterline via HDD under Cucamonga Creek Channel at SCE easement; install new recycled water/potable water service laterals, meter boxes, meters, appurtenances, paving, trenching, surface restoration; import materials; excavate, backfill, compact, pave, traffic control.
