4Creeks is seeking bids from all qualified DVBE suppliers and subcontractors for the following scopes, which include, but are not limited to, Demolition, Concrete/rebar, earthwork, paving, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, roofing, doors/frames/hardware, glazing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, tile, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, signage, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.

The project is a prevailing wage project.
Bids can be emailed or submitted via Procore and must be turned in by 7/8/2025
