The Project consists of modernizing the central kitchen, including the replacement of existing kitchen equipment, as well as the installation of new walk-in freezers and refrigerators. The scope also includes the modifications to existing utilities and finishes as needed to connect replacement equipment.

We are seeking quotes from certified DVBE Subcontractors or Material Suppliers for Final Clean, Survey, Caulking and Sealants, Concrete, Structural Steel, Framing, Insulation, Doors, Overhead Doors, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Food Service Equipment, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Fences and Gates.

The DVBE participation requirement for the project is 3%.

--This project is subject to prevailing wage, apprenticeship, MEP prequalification, and PLA requirements--
