The Work includes a New Classroom Wing building at the Sunset Elementary School campus, slab on grade classroom building and a single story wood frame, parent loading, parking, and on & off-site development.

We are seeking quotes from certified DVBE Subcontractors or Suppliers for Erosion Control, Final Clean, Survey, Demolition, Caulking and Sealants, Concrete, Structural CMU, Steel, Framing, Siding, Cabinets, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Doors, Glazing, Drywall, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Accessories, Countertops, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Grading, Paving, Fences and Gates, Landscape, and Underground Utilities.

The DVBE participation requirement for the project is 3%.
