Burns & McDonnell Western Enterprises is seeking names and resumes of individuals who have 10 or more years of professional environmental compliance consulting experience, with specialization in NPDES stormwater permit compliance, waste discharge requirements, construction stormwater compliance (with certifications such as QSD and QSP) SCAQMD dust control compliance, and/or CalOSHA Construction Safety Orders for tunneling operations.
Interested CBE firms must provide proof of certification acceptable to the LA County Dept. of Public Works
