Stalco is submitting a bid to the New York State Office of General Services (NYS OGS) to Renovate Interior Spaces at Whitestone Armory and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

Scope includes construction facilities and temporary controls; construction heat and temporary heat; traffic maintenance and protection; removals, cutting, and patching; contract closeout. Existing Conditions: Underground utility locator service; asbestos abatement; handling of lead containing materials. Concrete: Concrete forming and accessories; concrete reinforcing; cast-in-place concrete. Masonry: Concrete unit masonry. Metals: Structural steel framing; steel decking; pipe and tube railings. Wood, Plastics, and Composites: Miscellaneous rough carpentry; interior architectural woodwork; plastic-laminate-clad architectural cabinets; solid surfacing fabrications; plastic paneling. Thermal and Moisture Protection: EPDM roofing repair; applied fire protection; joint fire stopping; joint sealants. Openings: Hollow metal doors and frames; flush wood doors; door hardware; fire rated glazing. Finishes: Non-structural metal framing; gypsum board; ceramic tiling; acoustic panel ceilings; resilient base and accessories; resilient tile flooring; terrazzo restoration; resinous flooring; tile carpeting; wall coverings; sound-absorbing ceiling units; interior painting. Specialties: Room-identification panel signage; fire and smoke assembly identification; plastic toilet compartments; demountable partitions; folding panel partitions; wall and door protection; toilet, bath, and laundry accessories; fire protection cabinets; fire extinguishers.
