Seeking all trades (but not limited to): Concrete restoration (crack repair, spall repair, FRP strengthening), coating, painting, CFRP pipe wrap / CFRP exterior steel coating, HVAC (exhaust fans, supply fans, air handling unit), Electrical (Medium voltage transformer, switchgear, and VFDs, instrumentation and controls), Roofing (reinforced polyurethane liquid roof membrane system), temporary scaffolding, process piping / mechanical sub (C-36 license), flashing, hazardous material abatement, hazardous soil disposal, system integration/system integrator (SI), coring and scanning, misc. metals, concrete demolition, mechanical demolition, sawing, cofferdam, concrete, rebar, Pipe supports, Booster pump refurbishment, water heater, pumps, water storage tanks (bladder-type hydropneumatics tanks), air compressors, temporary ventilation, fabricated piping, process piping, railing/guardrail, misc. metals, precast concrete, cofferdam, valves, steel roof curb, and other required work and trades.
