SCOPE OF WORK:

The scope of Work listed below for Contract CAT-399-G - HRDC and Moodna Access Shaft Rehabilitation is a summary of major parts of each component of the Work. The Contract's objective is to rehabilitate the HRDC and site to provide blow off functionality at the facility and provide temporary pumping and permanent access at MAS.

1. The Work to be performed at the HRDC site shall consist of the following:

a. Site Access:

1. Design and construct four (4) monopiles for the temporary
marine access to the Site for personnel and materials, including
a metal gangway to connect the deck barge to the HRDC Site.
Remove all marine access set up at the end of the work. Perform
at minimum two (2) marine borings in the area of the monopiles
as part of a Geotechnical Report that will inform the design.

2. CAT-399-G shall allow CAT-399-E access to the temporary
dock and marine access for personnel access, and for material
and equipment delivery to the Site.

b. Civil Work:
c. Demolition and Hazardous Materials Work
d. Architectural Work
e. Mechanical Work
f. Structural Work
g. Temporary Electrical Work at HRDC site
h. Instrumentation and Controls

i. Other Work:

Furnish a motor boat capable of transporting workers to/from the
HRDC Site daily and provide this service for the CAT-399-E
Contractor.

2. The Work to be conducted at MAS shall consist of the following:


a. Infiltration testing
b. Unwatering Work
c. Conduct epoxy injected concrete crack repair
d. Restore to Site
e. Moodna Road Work
