Tri-Star Contracting II, Inc. is seeking certified DBEs for subcontracting and material supply for the MSWD AD-15 Area M-2 Sewer Construction and Water Line Replacement Project. MSWD Project Order Numbers 17-005-S and 25-002-W. Bidding August 1st at 2:00 PM.

We are requesting quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following (but not limited to) pipeline materials, septic pumping, sawcuting, asphalt pulverization & paving, striping, traffic control, sewer manhole building, SWPPP, & BMP's, Sewer Pipeline wash & video inspections, and waterline chlorination & testing.

This project is subject to Part 26, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations entitled: "Participation of Disadvantaged Veteran Business Enterprise in Department of Transportation Programs." Subcontracts must be Small Business and must be certified at the time of bid.
