Scope of work (but not limited to):
Concrete Repairs, Concrete Flatwork, Painting, Paving, Masonry (CMU/Brick), Roofing, Tank Cleaning, HVAC, Plumbing, Structural Steel, Asbestos Abatement, Landscaping, Carpentry and Doors, Ceilings, etc.

Project Description:
Demolition and Betterment of the scum removal system at the SE WPCP:
- Scum Concentration Building: (2) scum tanks collectors, tank repairs, piping, pumps and (2) conveyors
- Grease Burner Building: new grating & structural steel, HVAC system, reconfiguration of electrical room with CMU wall, lightweight concrete deck, ceiling, and cleaning and demolition of existing grease furnaces . Also included are Site and Building work for access to install conveyors / HVAC system.

*Electrical Is separate prime contract*
