MNS is looking for DBE-certified firms to join our pursuit and provide support for:
- Biological monitoring
- Cultural monitoring
- SWPPP
- Labor compliance

The County is requesting construction management and environmental monitoring services for the South Bay Bridge Replacement Project (Project) which will replace the existing bridge on South Bay Boulevard over Los Osos Creek, Br. No. 49C-0351, just north of the community of Los Osos. South Bay Boulevard is the only direct connector between Los Osos and Morro Bay and is only one of two routes in and out of Los Osos.
