Golden Bay Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all qualified DBE subcontractors, suppliers and/or truckers for the following, but not limited to, items of work: Survey; WPCP; Tree Removal; Fence Relocation; Storm Drain; Slurry Seal, Electrical; Concrete Flatwork; Asphalt Grinding; Asphalt Paving; Striping; Signage; Trucking; RCP; CL 2 AB; AC; Concrete; Truncated Domes. When economically feasible, all items of work can and will be divided into small tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation of DBE businesses. We encourage subcontractors and suppliers submitting prices to utilize DBE businesses. This may be accomplished through second tier subcontracting, owner-operator equipment, or the purchase of supplies.

We will make efforts to assist interested firms in obtaining technical assistance, bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, materials, or related services/supplies. Performance & Payment bonds with a surety company, subject to the approval of Golden Bay Construction, Inc., may be required of subcontractors. Golden Bay will reimburse bond premium up to 1 1/2%.
