CCME is seeking qualified DBE sub-consultants to provide On-Call Scheduling and Program Management services for various projects in Merced County. The retainer agreements will have a performance period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) years, subject to funding availability and County approval.

To count toward a contract DBE goal, a firm must be certified through the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) and possess the appropriate work codes for the services they will provide under this agreement by the SOQ submittal due date.
