Seeking all trades (but not limited to): Polyurethane foam roofing, Tank relining and epoxy coatings, Structural steel welding (critical connections), HVAC system installation (split units, ductwork), Testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC, Fireproofing and insulation, Plumbing (drains, gas piping), Instrumentation & Controls, Digester flare ignitor system upgrade, Scaffold erection (if rented turn-key), Hazardous material testing/disposal, Roof access hatch demo & replacement, and other required work and trades.
