The project scope includes the repair of 46 total sewer laterals within the City of Santa Cruz to bring the lateral up to compliance with the City's standards. The sewer laterals are all within the public right of way across California Street, Laurel Street, Broadway, Fredrick Street and Soquel Avenue within the City of Santa Cruz.

The contractor will be responsible to locate, excavate, and repair the sewer lateral and then restore the roadway at all 46 locations. Repairs of the sewer laterals shall be in compliance with the City Detail DWG No S-3. The Contractor shall be responsible for City permits and inspections including the final CCTV inspection of all laterals following completion of all repairs. Roadway restoration shall be in compliance with City standards (DWG No S-1 and S-2).

Contractors will be required to meet Soquel Creek Water District insurance requirements.
