SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors, Vendors and Material Providers including all certified MBE, WBE, Section 3, and HUD for the following items of work, but not limited to: site clearing and prep, grading, trucking, aggregate materials, base, sand, structural and flat concrete, installation of water play elements, interactive play structures, amphitheater and pre-engineered metal building asphalt paving, striping, ADA accessibility & regulations, site electrical, plumbing, irrigation & landscape, sanitary sewer plumbing & water. Fire sprinkler system, alarm & detection, Solar PV System. All interior building furnishings to complete; fixtures, installation, drywall, stucco/plaster, floor & hardware, and more. All interior and exterior signage.

SnL is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation.

MBE and WBEs can no longer self-certify, and these firms must be certified at bid opening. MBE and WBE Firms must provide proof of certification from applicable recognized programs.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California located at https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-works/Prevailing-Wage.html.
Each subcontractor must submit proof of current DIR Registration when submitting a quote.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids
