Seeking bids from DBE & Section 3 Subcontractors & Suppliers for City of Corning Plaza and Recreation Center project.

Scopes needed including but not limited to: Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood & Plastics, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Door & Windows, Finishes, Plumbing, Mechanical. Electrical, Earthwork, Utilities, and Exterior Improvements.

This project will be subject to state and federal prevailing wages. Subcontractors and suppliers must be registered with DIR to bid the project. This project will be subject to state & federal prevailing wages. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Act of 1968.
