The 138kV underground circuit is designed to be installed via open-cut trenching methodology the entirety of the route. There are no anticipated HDD or Jack and Bore sections. The approximate length of the new 138kV underground transmission circuit is 4.65 miles.

All subcontractors must be registered in ISNetworld with a C or better grade.
