Stalco is submitting a bid to the City University Construction Fund for the CUNY LaGuardia Community College - East Building Library Expansion project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

This project has a minority requirement of MBE/WBE - 30% and SDVOB - 6%

The LaGuardia Community College Library Renovation Phase II is a 26,534 square foot interior renovation project which includes the majority of the first floor of LaGuardia's existing library. Spaces outside the scope of the project include existing utility closets, exit corridors, stairs, and the large double-height stack structure on the north side of the library. In addition to new interior fixtures, finishes, and built-in millwork, major scope items include new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and audio visual (AV) / information technology (IT) equipment and infrastructure.
