This project is an OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The project is located in Manhattan, NY.

The Work of this Contract includes the design and construction of three mezzanine to platform elevators at 42nd Street-Bryant Park Station (IND Sixth Avenue Line) and one mezzanine to platform elevator at Fifth Avenue Station (IRT Flushing Line), the completion of State of Good Repair (SOGR) Work at Fifth Avenue Station, and certain work related to making both stations ADA accessible. Long term reliability of the elevators shall be assured through an elevator maintenance contract for all elevators provided under this contract.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:

CPM scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply and installation, furnish and install structural steel, furnish & install miscellaneous metals, trucking services, wall tiling, painting, plumbing, and mechanical.

The Minority Goals are:

MBE: 15%
WBE: 15%
SDVOB: 6%
