PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construct West Duwamish Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Facility and West Duwamish Interceptor Diversion Structure, modify existing Terminal 115 Overflow Structure and make improvements to existing mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control (I&C) systems to existing West Michigan Street Regulator Station.

Shimmick Construction's listing of a Subcontractor is not to be construed as an acceptance of all of the Subcontractor's conditions or exceptions included with the Subcontractor's price quote.
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: Plans and specifications are available via King County's Supplier Portal: https://kingcounty.gov/procurement/supplierportal. You may also contact Jamie Miranda at jmiranda@shimmick.com for a download link and to set up a meeting via Teams to discuss the plans with an estimator. Meetings are held during regular business hours of 8am to 5pm.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 100% Performance and Payment bonds with a surety company subject to approval of Shimmick Construction Company, Inc. are required of subcontractors for this project. Shimmick Construction will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors will be required to abide by terms and conditions of the AGC Master Labor Agreements and to execute an agreement utilizing the latest SCCI Long Form Standard Subcontract incorporating prime contract terms and conditions, including payment provisions. This contract is funded, in part, by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2014 (WIFIA) is a federal credit program administered by the EPA. All federal requirements including Davis Bacon (Federal) Wage Rates, Build America, Buy America and American Iron and Steel will apply.
