Stalco is submitting a bid to the New York State Office of General Services (NYS OGS) to Provide Storage Structure, Building 38 project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

Scope includes construction facilities and temporary controls; traffic maintenance and protection; temporary maintenance of sewer flows and sewer service; removals, cutting, and patching; contract closeout. Existing Conditions: Underground utility locator service. Concrete: Concrete formwork; steel concrete reinforcement; cast-in-place concrete. Metals: Metal fabrications. Thermal and Moisture Protection: Building insulation; fire stopping; joint sealers. Openings: Steel doors and frames; rolling doors; aluminum frames entrances and storefronts; finish hardware; glass and glazing. Finishes: Gypsum board systems; ceramic tile; resilient tile flooring; construction painting. Specialties: Signs; wall and corner guards; toilet and bath accessories; fire extinguishers and cabinets; metal lockers. Equipment: Shop equipment. Special Construction: Pre-engineered metal building. Electrical: Wiring for motors and motor controllers. Earthwork: Earthwork; site restoration; rock removal; erosion and sediment control; steel piles. Exterior Improvements: Pavement repair and resurfacing; asphalt paving; concrete walks; Portland cement concrete road paving; concrete paving joint sealants; pavement markings; topsoil; seeding; plants. Utilities: Restoration of manholes; plastic water pipe and fittings; water utility distribution valves; disinfection of water utility distribution; plastic drainage pipe (sanitary); manholes and drainage structures with frames and covers; corrugated po9lyethylene storm drainpipe; plastic drainage pipe (storm drainage); trench drains; natural gas piping. Transportation: steel pipe bollards.
