Please make sure to provide the following on your bid proposal and to consider the following when submitting a bid:

1. Please note that this project is under a PLA Agreement and all subcontractors will be bound to this agreement.
2. Include your CSLB License number, classification, and its respective expiration date
3. Include your DIR Registration Number and its respective expiration due date
4. Please clearly define your scope of work inclusions and exclusions, your Bid Proposal will be accepted as-is and any interpretations to the nature of inclusions and exclusions will be at the sole discretion of KEC if not clearly defined in your proposal
5. Please make sure to include corresponding Bid Line-Item numbers (if applicable)
6. By providing a Bid Proposal for this project you are verifying that you have inspected all Project Documents (Plans & Specifications) and you will be bound to the same requirements as KEC will be in its Contract with the owner of said project
7. Please make sure to also include 1 of the 2 following documents for your proposal to be considered as we are unable to list subcontractors who do not provide 1 of the 2 documents below.
• Please provide your California Air Resources Board (CARB) certificate as well, as it is required in the event we include your company on our bid. This is part of the bid submission requirements, which mandate providing a CARB certificate for each listed subcontractor.
or
• If your company is not subject to CARB requirements due to not owning heavy equipment, please provide a letter on your company letterhead stating that the California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulation does not apply, as your company does not own or operate off-road heavy-duty vehicles. You may use your own format for this letter.
