Project Details

Walton Construction Services is soliciting bids from certified MBE, WBE, SDVOSB, VOSB, and Section 3, Los Angeles County, and other recognized equal opportunity subcontractors and suppliers for participation in the West LA VA Building 409 project.

Scope:
The project consists of a four-story residential apartment containing 117 units of affordable units.

All certified firms must submit a copy of their current certification(s) with their bid.

This project is subject to applicable prevailing wage requirements (e.g., Davis-Bacon, State of California, or local regulations).
