Project Details

Work consists of rehabilitation of 30 residential units, a Community Room and the exterior of the Satellite Apartments, located at 530 North Stanislaus Street, Stockton, CA 95202.

We are seeking quotes from certified Section 3 Subcontractors or Suppliers for Erosion Control, Final Clean, Survey, Demolition, Caulking and Sealants, Concrete, CMU, Steel, Siding, Cabinets, Waterproofing, Insulation, Sheet Metal, Doors, Glazing, Drywall, Tile, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Accessories, Countertops, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Fences and Gates, and Landscape.

The Section 3 total participation requirement for the project is 25% (labor hours).
