Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from certified SBE's, DBE's and HUD Section 3 Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for the Milliken Raw Water Pipeline Hardening HMGP project.
Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total labor hours must be worked by Section 3 workers; and Five percent (5%) of the total labor must be worked by Targeted Section 3 workers.

The Engineers Estimate is $5,000,000

The project scope involves the installation of approximately 6,200 feet of 16-inch Steel Raw Water Pipeline on a narrow canyon trail from the Milliken Diversion Dam to the Milliken Water Treatment Plant, approximately 3,500 feet of which will be buried, and 2,700 feet of which will be above ground with a shield cover. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about March 2, 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding.

Quotes are requested from qualified Subcontractors, Suppliers, & Haulers for all scopes of work, including but not limited to; Tree Cutting, Erosion Control, Trucking and Hauling, Environmental Support and all Other Required Work.
Suppliers are required for materials including Pipe, Valves, Misc Metals & Aggregates.
