SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from all certified DVBE subcontractors, vendors and material providers for work including, but not limited to: site demo and grading, temp and chain link fence and gates, aggregate materials, trucking, asphalt paving, concrete and rebar, water tank, fire water pipe and appurtenances, water line pipe and appurtenances, electrical and mechanical, fire pump systems and controls, fire pump room and building, fire sprinkler system and plumbing and steel bolted water tank.

This project has a DVBE requirement and entities can no longer self certify. Contractors and subcontractors must be certified at bid opening. Contractor and Subcontractors must provide DVBE Certification approved per the specifications of this project.

A prebid mandatory meeting is being held Wednesday October 22, 2025 at 300pm. See specs and addendum for location.

Wage Requirements: This is a Public Works project and contractor and subcontractor shall be required to comply fully with all laws & regulations of the State of California DIR regarding labor standards and the payment of prevailing wage on public works projects.

Required with Quote: Each subcontractor must submit proof of a current DIR Registration.

Insurance Requirements: Each subcontractor must submit proof of their work compensation insurance and obtain work compensation insurance throughout the entire completion of the project.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal to SnL Group, Inc., the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addendums and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of all work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontractor bids.
