This project has a 16% DBE goal. We are seeking quotes for the following scopes of work: traffic control, saw cutting, cold Plane, underground utilities, concrete, fencing, surveying, geotechnical testing, WPCP, striping & signage, and trucking.

The project extends approximately 1,300 feet from Main Street/SR 115 to Church Street along South
Brown Avenue. The proposed project includes widening and rehabilitation of existing roadway with new pavement section
and construction of new PCC sidewalk, curb and gutter, ramps, driveways, and storm drainage facilities.

All subcontractors are to hold General, Auto and Workman's compensation insurances. The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) has ascertained general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which the work is to be performed.
