The County of Rockland requires the services of an asbestos abatement contractor fully licensed by the State of New York Department of Health to perform asbestos abatement and disposal at various government locations on an "as needed" basis. All bids shall contain copies of all licenses and certifications required by the State of New York to abate, remove and dispose of asbestos-containing materials, including, but not limited to Asbestos Abatement Contractor, Asbestos Worker, Asbestos Supervisor and Asbestos Transporter.
