The Work consists of the demolition of existing buildings, sitework, capping and rerouting of existing utilities to remaining buildings. Work includes, but not limited to, removal of foundations, concrete slabs, roof systems, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, telecom/data, storm drain, and irrigation systems.

We are seeking quotes from certified DVBE Subcontractors or Suppliers for Erosion Control,Survey, Demolition, Roofing Patch/Repair, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Grading, Paving, Fences and Gates, and Underground Utilities.

The DVBE participation goal for the project is 3%.

--This project is subject to prevailing wage , prequalification, DVBE, and apprenticeship requirements--

Pricing Due: 11/12/25 before 2:00 pm (preferably in the morning).
