Scope of Work: Provide all labor, equipment, material, and any other items required to perform temporary line striping on the Van Wyck Expressway as dedicated by the approved submittal. All work is to be during the night shift, 11PM - 7AM. Must be union labor. BOND will perform all MPT required for this operation.

BOND Civil & Utility is currently soliciting quotations for Line Striping on an ongoing NYCDEP project. Please review the following details and submit your quotation no later than Friday, November 7, 2025.
Scope of Work:
• Provide all labor, equipment, material, and any other items required to perform temporary line striping on the Van Wyck Expressway as dedicated by the approved submittal
• All work is to be during the night shift, 11PM - 7AM.
• BOND will perform all MPT required for this operation.
Project Details:
• Project Status: Currently ongoing
• Anticipated Start for Line Striping Scope: Approximately 1 to 2 months from now
• Project Type: PLA (Project Labor Agreement)
• Union contractors preferred
• Non-union contractors must agree to and sign the attached PLA agreement (mandatory)
• Daily Rate Quotations: Acceptable
• DOB/NYCDEP Requirements:
• All on-site employees must have OSHA 30 and SST 40 certifications
• Insurance: Required
• Performance & Payment Bond: Not required
