Asphalt and Paving - Scope of Work
BOND Civil & Utility is currently soliciting quotations for Asphalt and Paving on an ongoing NYCDEP project. Please review the following details and submit your quotation no later than November 21, 2025
Scope of Work:
Provide all labor, equipment, material, and any other items required to perform all milling and paving and paving as directed by the contract documents.
This includes, but not limited to:
• Milling and paving on 31 Road (C-LIN-101)
• Milling and paving on 40th Avenue (C-LIT-101)
• Paving on 75th Avenue (C-PAR-241)
• Paving on Park Drive East (C-PAR-101)
• Subcontractor will perform all milling as required.
• All efforts for disposal will be performed by the subcontractor.
• All work is to be performed during the day shift, 7AM - 3:30PM.
Project Details:
• Project Status: Currently ongoing
• Anticipated Start for Line Stripping Scope: Approximately 1 months from now
• Project Type: PLA (Project Labor Agreement)
• Union contractors preferred
• Non-union contractors must agree to and sign the attached PLA agreement (mandatory)
• Daily Rate Quotations: Acceptable
• DOB/NYCDEP Requirements:
• All on-site employees must have OSHA 30 and SST 40 certifications
• Insurance: Required
• Performance & Payment Bond: Not required
