We are seeking all qualified Small, Minority and Women's Business vendors and subcontractors for the Woodlake Civic Center. The project scoope includes but is not limited to demolition, earthwork, paving, striping, site utilities, concrete, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, FRP, casework, insulation, roofing, sheet metal, doors, frames, hardware, sectional doors, glazing, gypsum board, plaster, painting, tile, flooring, signage, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, lockers, appliances, countertops, roller shades, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low valtage.

The project is a prevailing wage project.
Bids can be emailed or submitted via Procore and must be turned in by 11/19/2025
