Scope: Demo of (E) Music Lab; partial demo of the (E) Theater (Drama Lab); construction of a new Music Building; construction of an addition to the (E) Theater; complete mandatory lateral systems rehabilitation and general alterations to the (E) Theater; Addition of fire sprinklers to the (E) Theater Building and Addition, as well as the new Music Building, Sitework including demo, hardscape, softscape/landscape and subgrade prep.

Note that this is an electronic upload bid, therefore all sub and supplier bids must be emailed or faxed to Alten Construction by 1:30 PM on bid day or risk not being used in our bid.

This project is subject to an OCIP that will cover:

Day Duration) / $5,000 per Calendar Day - Liquidated Damages SC and Punchlist & $500 per Calendar Day submittals per the Special Conditions.

New as of 1/1/24: SUBMIT CURRENT CARB CERTIFICATIONS WITH YOUR BID! New California Air Resource Board or C.A.R.B. requirements apply to all subcontractors with equipment on-site. Current certificates of compliance from the Air Resource Board's D.O.O.R.S. website and compliant equipment on-site will be required / monitored at all times by Alten staff.

Subcontractors must be registered with the DIR to bid on this project https://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/dlsePublicWorks.html

It is now State of CA law to include CSLB license # & DIR # on bid sub list - make sure to put them on your bid scope's 1st page!
