SUBCONTRACTOR & SUPPLIER BIDS REQUESTED FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS OF WORK (including but not limited to):
Demolish the existing locker room, including the concrete slab, plumbing, wall finishes, lighting, and HVAC systems. Install new plumbing, electrical (power and lighting), HVAC, concrete slab-on-grade, wood framing, wall and ceiling insulation, gypsum board, wall finishes, epoxy flooring, suspended ceiling, storefront system, roll-up doors, doors, frames & hardware, stucco, roofing, interior and exterior painting, and kitchen equipment & refrigeration. Refinish, stripe, and seal the existing wood flooring in the gymnasium. Install new fire sprinklers throughout the entire building. Site work to include concrete walkways, driveways, AC paving, seal coat, stripping, fencing & CMU enclosure.
