We are seeking qualified subcontractors for the renovation of The RidgeVue Apartments (currently Walkers Ridge). The renovation will require the following trades:

- Interior Finishes: Flooring, Cabinets, Countertop, Paint
- Site: Concrete, Asphalt, Dumpster Enclosures, Fencing, Playgrounds, Site Accessories
- Building: Roofing and Underlayment, Gutters and Downspouts, Vinyl Siding, Fascia and Soffit, Attic Insulation, Vinyl Windows, Masonry, Railings
- Other: Exterior Doors and Hardware, Door Slabs and Hardware, Drywall, Framing
- Specialties: Unit/Building Signage, Bathroom Accessories, Appliances, Window Coverings
- Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Access Control, Fire Alarm Devices and Control Panel, Security Cameras
