JWC- Is soliciting proposals from certified (DVBE) Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises and Small Business Enterprises, for the following types of work and supplies/materials including but not limited to:

Selective Demo, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood & Plastics, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Doors & Windows, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Plumbing, Electrical, Communications, Fire Alarm Systems, Earthwork, Exterior Improvements, Utilities.

Contractors and subcontractors who bid or work on a public works project must register with the DIR. Contractors can register now at the following web site and view the CA wage rates: http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/PublicWorksLawsRegsDetDec.html

This is a DIR public works Prevailing wage project. Bidders are responsible to familiarize themselves with all requirements per the state of California and the project drawings and all specifications related to the project.

Sub-contractors submitting bids over $200,000 may be required to post bonds to J-Walt Construction, Inc.

California Prevailing Wage DIR eCPR and all public contracting requirements are required for this project.
