Scopes of work and materials include but are not limited to: Sound Barrier rental, drilling fluid, frac tank rental, fluids hauling, well development, stainless steel well casing, stainless steel louvered casing, bentonite, silica sand seal, pumping test, video survey, geophysical logging, and portable toilet rental.

This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) and Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) businesses. EPA rules require that applicants and prime contractors make a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to M/WBEs through demonstration of the six affirmative steps.

This project is under Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA) funding. Awarded contractor will need to be compliant with the WIFA Terms and Conditions. It is subject to American Iron and Steel (AIS), Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, compliance with Civil Rights Act, Equal Opportunity Employment, and prohibition on Certain Telecommunication and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment.
