Project Description: The work will consist of converting the existing drinking water production well (Beltz 8) to aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) functionality. Project includes: demolition and modification of existing production well facilities; modification of existing mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems; installation of new yard piping, electrical conduits, and instrumentation; installation of downhole control valves and new column piping; storm drain upgrades on site and connection to existing storm drain off-site within the public right of way (ROW); and ancillary improvements in support of the foregoing.EE $3.6M - $3.8M

Items for the project include, but are not limited to:
Subcontractors / Suppliers: SWPPP, traffic control, concrete, concrete accessories, precast concrete, concrete repair, concrete manholes, adhesive-bonded reinforcing bars & all thread rods in concrete, grouting, epoxies, rebar, metals, metal anchoring & fastening, metal fabrication, dampproofing, joint sealants, doors, high performance coatings, electrical, low voltage motors, hangers & supports, conduits, panelboards, earthwork, dewatering, trenching, stabilization fabric, pavement restoration, piping, pipe supports, copper water tube, ductile iron pipe, pvc pipe, valves, submersible well pumps, instrumentation and controls, trucking

Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms (including MBEs and WBEs). The Project may be funded in whole or part by the EPA through the Water Infrastructure Finance Innovation Act (WIFIA) and 41 CFR 60-4.3 programs, which requires compliance with Build America, Buy America Act (BABA), American Iron Steel (AIS), Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates, and USEPA DBE compliance requirements.
