The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to act as the Fiscal Agent for the Workforce Development Board of Rockland County in Collaboration with the Rockland County Office of Economic Development and Tourism. It is the intent of the County to award this contract to a single provider.
