**Accepting bids for all scheduled bid items**
All bid items are open for DBE/MBE/WBE participation, including but not limited to the following:
Construction area signs
Fencing
Traffic Control (Incl. temporary krail, crash cushions, and signs)
Street Sweeping
SWPPP
Materials (i.e. asphalt, base, joint seal, RCP, pipe, misc. metals, etc.)
Clearing & Grubbing
Trucking-Flatbeds, Super 10s, End Dump
Bar Reinforcing Steel (Furnish & Installing)
Grinding & coring, shoring

Beador is a Union Contractor and we require Union Subcontractors. Subcontractors will be required to meet Beador� insurance and labor requirements. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety acceptable to Beador. Beador will reimburse for bond premium not to exceed 1% of subcontract. Per current state regulations, please provide a current DIR number and expiration date with your quote as well as your license number and expiration.

Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents.
