W.R. Forde Associates, Inc will be accepting quotes from MBE, WBE subcontractors & suppliers. If your firm is interested in submitting a quote, please bid on any item within your scope of work. We are seeking quotes for (but not limited to) the following items: traffic control, pressure testing and disinfection, clearing & grubbing and material supply. When economically feasible, all items of work can and will be divided into small tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation of MBE, WBE businesses. Payment and Performance Bond may be required.
We encourage subcontractors and/or suppliers submitting prices to utilize MBE, WBE businesses. This may be accomplished through second tier subcontracting, owner-operator equipment, or the purchase of supplies.
All plans and specifications may be reviewed in our office, and we will be happy to fax & email you any information you require to formulate a bid.
W.R. Forde Associates, Inc would appreciate your interest on the project, and if we can be of any assistance with bonds, lines of credit and insurance, as required by the City of Calistoga, please contact our office.
